Announcing the launch of our new website
We are excited to announce the launch of Mor-Tech Computer Services newly designed website-www.mor-tech.co.uk ! Our goal with this newly designed website was to create a user-friendly browsing experience for our trusted and valued customers and business partners. We hope you enjoy our new uncluttered design that is easy to navigate, and more user-friendly.
Support
We have integrated two new support tools into the website, one being the integration of Live Chat. We will be using this during business hours to provide live support from 8:30am – 17:00pm Monday – Friday and with the ability to leave an offline message which we will reply to within 24 hours.
The other tool that we are adding to the website is a ticket system. We will not be using this in the conventional method that most IT support companies use where you log a ticket and get a reply within a certain amount of time, but as a progress system as we still hold the core value that answering the telephone quickly provides the best customer service for our clients.
Using this ticket system will allow you to see the progress of your support request if it requires multiple steps or a longer period of time to support you.
Going Forward
We are still in the process of finishing a few pages during our new website design and may adjust things based on feedback during the remainder of the month so you may see things changing.
We plan to improve our customer engagement which includes, but is not limited to, contacting our customers more frequently, providing easier access to our TeamViewer platform to allow for easier remote support and giving you more updates about our services, how we can improve your solutions as well as the latest news and updates from the IT world such as virus information and data security.
